| TERMS: | C.O.D., Cash, Money
order, Certified check, Visa or Mastercard. All orders will require a 50%
deposit. There will be a $25.00 charge for any items not picked up after 30 days.

| FREIGHT: | Parts and converters will
be shipped UPS or RPS, Transmissions will be shipped by truck freight, UPS or RPS.
(No discount on freight)

| SHORTAGE OR ERROR: | Should you receive an
incorrect order, or shortage, you must contact us within three days of receipt of shipment
to place a claim. No claims will be considered without your copy of the original
invoice, and any return of goods must be authorized by Mike's Transmission.

| FREIGHT CLAIMS: | All shipments are fully
insured. Any claims for damage must be made with the freight company. Do not
return any damaged shipments to Mike's Transmission.

| SHORTAGE OR ERROR: | No merchandise will be
accepted for return without prior authorization from Mike's Transmission. All
returned merchandise must be returned freight prepaid. No collect shipments will be
accepted. No refunds allowed.

| WARRANTY All Mike's transmission products carry a 90 day warranty on defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is limited to failures caused solely by defects in materials or workmanship. It does not include misuse or abuse of the components or damages related to overheating, low fluid levels, improper installation or modifications to the parts performed by anyone other than Mike's Transmission. |

| USE OF PRODUCTS UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL MIKE'S TRANSMISSION BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE INSTALLATION OR USE OF ANY MIKE'S TRANSMISSION PRODUCTS. The installation of any Mike's transmission products in a competition or off road vehicle (or any street driven vehicle operated in an illegal manner) shall indicate an awareness on the part of the customer that he/she is modifying said vehicle to compete with it and operate it in a potentially hazardous environment, and the customer accepts full responsibility for consequential damages and liabilities, releasing Mike's Transmission of any responsibility. |
